Description

All our pies are baked in a 9 inch pie tin with a made from scratch crust. Choose from the following pie options:

• Caramel Pumpkin Cream
• Pumpkin Pecan Streusel (Sweet Elizabeth’s Favorite!)
• Brown Butter Pecan with Oatmeal Cookie Crust
• Apple Crumb
• Lemon Cream
• Key Lime
• Chocolate Cream

Pie Descriptions:

– Caramel Pumpkin Cream: our flaky buttery pie crust filled with a soft brown sugar caramel, pumpkin ganache cream, fresh whipped cream, and topped with homemade oatmeal cookie crumbles and roasted pumpkin seeds

– Pumpkin Pecan Streusel: our flaky buttery pie crust filled with a creamy pumpkin pie filling and topped with a brown sugar streusel studded with toasted candied pecans

– Brown Butter Pecan: a crust made from homemade cinnamon oatmeal cookie crumbles filled with a gooey brown butter pecan filling

– Apple Crumb: our flaky buttery pie crust filled with a from scratch made apple pie filling consisting of three different apple varieties and topped with a cinnamon oatmeal streusel

– Lemon Cream: our flaky buttery pie crust filled with a zesty lemon cream filling (think lighter and creamier than a lemon curd) and topped with fresh whipped cream

– Key Lime: a brown sugar graham pie crust filled with a zesty lime cream filling (think lighter and creamer than a curd), topped with fresh whipped cream and garnished with sugared cranberries, pomegranate seeds, and herb sprigs

– Coconut Cream: a coconut graham crust filled with coconut cream, fresh whipped cream and toasted coconut

– Chocolate Cream- our flaky buttery pie crust filled with layers of chocolate ganache, chocolate mouse, and dollops of chocolate whipped cream
