Custom Order Policies

Upon reaching out with a custom order either through an email, Facebook message, or our online custom order form you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to all these policies and agree to uphold them and your responsibility as a customer. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in a cancelled order or loss of payment.

  1. All custom orders require a minimum of a 1 week notice.
  2. All custom orders must be paid for in full 1 week prior to pickup.
  3. Payment is due thru Venmo (@Sweet-Elizabeths) or credit card through an emailed invoice. No cash or checks at the time of pickup will be allowed anymore. You may pay cash or check if you make an arrangement to drop off payment at least 1 week prior to pickup.
  4. Failure to pay 1 week prior to pickup will result in cancellation of your order.
  5. You are responsible for picking up your order in the pickup window I have laid out. The only exception to this is weddings. Wedding cake orders have a free delivery within Washington limits or pay for delivery outside of Washington.  No other orders will be delivered unless I have offered to.

Pickup times are:

  • Every Saturday 10am-noon
  • Every Sunday 10am-11:30am
  • Pickup address is 415 Dubois St. in Washington
  • Exceptions to this will be posted on Facebook and on our custom order form online. And if you place an order on a weekend where pickup times have changed from this, that will be clearly communicated to you at the time of ordering.
  1. I will wait 10 minutes past the pickup window. However, if you have not picked up at 10 past and have not communicated to me that you are on your way, I will not be held responsible for getting your order to you at your convenience. You will have to pickup at the next available convenient time for ME!
  2. You will not receive a reminder about your order nor about payment, unless you have chosen an invoice which automatically reminds you to pay. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to make yourself a note (within your phone or calendar or whatever) to pay/ pickup up.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders are locked in at one week prior to pickup. That means you cannot change the weekend of your pickup or cancel your order all together with less than a one week’s notice. However, it can be arranged to change pickup time within a single weekend from say, Saturday to Sunday, or vice versa.
