This well-loved recipe is a favorite for Easter dessert. Each cake measures 9″x13″ and serves 24. Each cake is frosted with a vanilla cream cheese frosting and decorated with piped frosting carrots.

Note: The carrot cake recipe uses puréed carrots, applesauce, coconut shreds, and lots of warm spices.
